Gantamirov was invited to the prosecutor's office

Beslan Gantamirov, the deputy head of Chechnya's administration and the mayor of Grozny, has been invited to the city prosecutor's office. Chechnya's Prosecutor Vsevolod Chernov told reporters that the invitation has been sent in connection with Gantamirov's recent accusations against the Chechen police. Gantamirov said that most of the Chechen police officers cooperate with rebels and accordingly, they should be dismissed, the Echo of Moscow radio station reports.
