YUGOSLAVIA TO JOIN OSCE AGAIN

Today, Yugoslavia’s membership in OSCE is to be restored at a special meeting of the OSCE’s Permanent Council in Vienna. Yugoslavia’s new leadership has reviewed the country’s stance over the assignment.
