“Gazprom” and “Media-Most” are to bury the hatchet. Are the prosecutors ready for it?

The Moscow court of law gave other eleven days to the “Media-Most” and “Gazprom” for concluding a peace agreement. The consideration of the “Gazprom” suit is postponed to November 14. Meanwhile the general manager of “Gazprom-media” Alfred Kokh said that “the peace agreement is still possible”. But it’s unclear if the peace agreement will help Vladimir Gusinsky to avoid the prosecution. It would be recalled that the latest action brought in connection with transference of “Media-Most” assets abroad, was in fact initiated by “Gazprom”. In this connection Gusinsky is to be interrogated November 13.
