A Russian plane belonging to the Vnukovo airlines, carrying humanitarian aid and a 36-member aid and trade team, arrived in Baghdad on Friday evening. Details on the plane's cargo were not disclosed,"The Russia Journal" reports. Russia and France began sending aid flights to Baghdad last month, arguing that UN sanctions don't prohibit non-commercial flights.
