The Greek embassy in Russia doesn't mean to discriminate citizens of Russia while introducing changes to its visa procedures, the Head of the consular department of the Greek embassy reported to the Russian Foreign Ministry. News agency RBC informs, citing the PR department of the Ministry, that the visa procedures had been changed on October 6, i. e. interviewing procedures have been introduced and the daily volume of visas issued has been limited. A Greek diplomat explained that this was done to bring visa procedures of Greece in accordance with the Shengen rules and had nothing to do with discrimination against Russian citizens.
