Albanians are not glad to see Kostunica as a president. Milosevic would suit them better

Kosovo Albanians leaders Hashim Tachi and Ibragim Rugova refused to start a dialog this the new administration of Yugoslavia. They declared today that the changes in Belgrade didn’t concern Kosovo and the province was going to create its own government structures and struggle for independence, British sources from Prishtina announced today. Western diplomats consider that the coming of Kostunica to power make the separation of Kosovo impossible. According to them, it can worsen the situation in the region and activate Albanian extremist groups.
