BABITSKY TAKEN TO COURT
Today, in Makhach-Kala a trial against Radio Liberty journalist Andrei Babitsky is to be launched. He is accused of using fake documents, notable, a fake Azerbaijanian passport. According to BBC, if Babitsky pleads guilty, he will face a fine at the rate of from 100 to 200 minimal wages or 2-years of corrective labour, or he may be arrested for 2 – 3 months.
