YASTRZHEMBSKIY ARRIVED IN ISLAMABAD TO PACIFY THE FIGHTERS

Russian President’s assistant Sergey Yastrzhembskiy arrived in the capital of Pakistan Islamabad yesterday. Yastrzhembskiy is going to hand over a personal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin to General Pervez Musharraf. He is also going to discuss with Pakistan military authorities the chance of improving the relationship between two countries. Official sources claim, that Moscow also wants to warn Pakistan that fighters should behave properly at the Tadjikistan border. But obviously there is a connection between Yastrzhembskiy’s visit and the taliban’s attack against the army of Northern alliance.
