Russian Deputy PM Starts Working Visit To Spain To Negotiate Trade And Economic Relations

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Khristenko will start a working visit to Madrid today. He will meet with Rodrigo Rato, who is the chairman of the Russian-Spanish governmental commission for trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation and the Spanish Economy Minister. They will discuss a wide range of questions on economic and trade cooperation between Russia and Spain and some other issues. In particular, Khristenko and Rato sill consider interactions between Russia and the European Union. The Russian Deputy PM is also going to meet with the leadership of the Spanish trade and industrial chamber. He will complete his visit and return to Moscow on October 20.
