Eu-russia Interaction In Antiterror Struggle Discussed In Brussels

Practical cooperation between the European Union and Russia in coordinating efforts against international terrorism were discussed on October 15 by Oleg Chernov, deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council, and Javier Solana, high representative of the European Union for external policy and security. They also focused on additional goals facing a future EU rapid reaction force as regards the new security priorities in connection with the struggle against terrorism.
