Premier Kasyanov Says Russia Is Ready To Help Stabilize Situation In Abkhazia

Russia is ready to render any assistance to stabilize the situation in Abkhazia and other territories of Georgia adjacent to Russia, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov told Russian pressmen Wednesday. He was commenting on reports on tension that has emerged in the region again. Premier Kasyanov stressed that the situation is really becoming tense and that Russia has always been concerned about the situation in Abkhazia.
