Russia To Discard Two Thirds Of Strategic Offence Arsenals: Putin

Russia is willing to reduce threefold or even more its strategic offensive arsenals to bring them to the least necessary for global strategic balance, said President Vladimir Putin as he met at the Russian Embassy with US Administration officers, Congressmen and top spokesmen of political and business circles, Thursday night. To come to an agreement, Russia and the USA no longer need to intimidate each other. It is not weapons and heaps of metal that make security--it is made by political will of people, countries and leaders of those countries, he pointed out.
