Russia is expected to receive about 318 billion rubles ($10.64bn) in additional budget revenues this year, Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov reported at a meeting with the Lower House of parliament today. He stated that reforms conducted by the government have already brought positive results. The Prime Minister stressed that the volume of daily customs payments doubled in 2001 as compared to 2000.
