Kasyanov Comment On Wage Increase For Budget Employees

Wages of budget employees, except for teachers and doctors, will be increased 1.4 times as much instead of 1.89 times, Premier of the Russian Federation Mikhail Kasyanov declared in the State Duma today. According to him, only teachers' and doctors' wages will be increased 1.89 times as much. Kasyanov said that the government would do its best to increase budget wages and avoid "indebtedness."
