While appearing at a session of the Council of CIS heads of state on Friday, the Russian leader said, "CIS countries will remain one of the main providers of energy resources to the world market." Therefore, he stated that it should be remembered that "our interaction in the contemporary conditions is becoming an increasingly serious factor in the financial-economic stability not only of the Commonwealth, but the world as a whole."
