Humanitarian Aid From Moscow Government Arrives At Bagram Air Base

Two Russian Il-76 planes have delivered humanitarian aid to Bagram air base, 20 kilometres east of Kabul: 50 tonnes of flour as humanitarian relief from the Moscow government. It was noted at Russia's Emergencies Ministry that a regular Dushanbe-Bagram air lift was operating now to deliver Russian humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan's residents. On Friday two Emergencies Ministry helicopters brought blankets and a mobile generating station from the capital of Tajikistan to Bagram.
