Vladimir Putin Signs Laws On Ratification Of Russian-Yemeni Consular Convention And Russian-Armenian Agreement

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a Federal Law On the ratification of the Consular Convention between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Yemen. Apart from that, the president signed a Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia on Joint Planning of the Use of Troops (Forces) to Ensure Joint Security .
