Don't Identify Terror With Particular Countries, Whip Up Apprehensions Of Tentative U.s. Strikes, Calls Russia's Foreign Minister

As he met with a media audience in the Romanian capital today, Igor Ivanov, Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, called not to whip up apprehensions of tentative US strikes against particular countries. He pointed out current conjectures on the matter, and expressly spoke against any countries and nations identified with terrorism. The anti-terror cause must strictly comply with international legal norms and the United Nations Charter, stressed the minister.
