The Russian Economic Development Ministry has compiled a black list of foreign importers, head of the ministry's department for export support Vladimir Zingman said on Wednesday.
When speaking at the Trade and Economic Council of the ministry, Zingman reported that on the government's instructions, the ministry had prepared an electronic database as part of the state support of Russian exporters.
The database will be presented at the end of March and will include, besides reviews of world markets, data on Russian delegations abroad, on exhibitions, fairs and tenders, as well as the analysis of Russian and foreign legislation on foreign economic activities and expertise of customs barriers.
Moreover, it will contain data on Russian exporters and foreign importers, including those provided by Russia's trade partners, that made up a list of importers Russian companies should not co-operate with, Zingman said. The database will be available on the Internet for free, he emphasised.
