YUKOS not interested in Slavneft's assets
The YUKOS Oil Company is not interested in purchasing oil-production assets from new shareholders of the Slavneft oil and gas company, a high representative of YUKOS stated to RBC. According to him, a purchase of assets in Eastern Siberia is rather risky, this is why "we are not interested in buying assets". However, he pointed out that everything depended on sellers' proposals. "We are most likely to reach an agreement on the joint exploration of deposits," RBC's interviewee stressed.
