20-25 USD per barrel is the most acceptable export oil price for Russia, said Deputy Energy Minister Alexander Voronin who heads the Russian delegation at the OPEC conference in Vienna.

According to the deputy minister, the price is also appropriate for oil consumers.

He indicated that crude oil should be priced taking into account the fact that Russia is a major oil producer and consumer.

Russia intends to join OPEC efforts on preventing oil price fluctuations in the world markets, the Russian delegation's head said at the conference.
