Customs Committee posts February results

The State Customs Committee transferred 50.02bn rubles ($1.58bn) to the federal budget in February 2003, the press service of the Committee reported. The government task was fulfilled by 101.46 percent. In the first two months of this year, the Customs Committee transferred 99.05bn rubles ($3.13bn) to the federal budget, which was 100.89 percent of the plan.

As reported earlier, the State Customs Committee transferred 588.3bn rubles ($18.6bn) to the federal budget last year, which was 103.3 percent of the planned volume.
