SUAL and Fleming Family to set up international industrial group

On January 15, 2003, large Russian aluminum producer SUAL and British Fleming Family and Partners, which specializes in asset management, will report the signing of an agreement on the establishment of a joint international industrial group, the press service of SUAL-Holding reported to RBC.

The SUAL Group includes 19 aluminum companies. It produces 90 percent of all bauxite, 60 percent of alumina and 20 percent of aluminum of Russia.
