Official US dollar, euro rates to ruble
The official rate of the US dollar to the ruble as announced by the Russian Central Bank December 25 is 31.7919 rubles per dollar.
The CB's Foreign and Public Relations Department announced Tuesday the rate is down 0.47 kopeck from the previous rate.
The euro rate on December 25 was 32.6821 rubles per euro, 2.71 kopecks down from the previous rate.
