Russian TV and radio companies broadcasting live from Russian President's situational center in Kremlin

At the moment the Russian "Channel 1" and "Rossia" TV channels and the "Radio Russia" and "Mayak" radio stations are broadcasting live from the situational center of the Russian President in Moscow.

Vladimir Putin is answering the questions of the Russians on the air.

According to the information available at 11 a.m. Moscow time, the hot line at the single centre for processing calls received over 1,300,000 questions to the Russian President. It is three times last year's number.

Yekaterina Andreyeva and Sergei Brilyov, anchors from Channel 1 and the Rossia Channel respectively, accompany the President in the broadcasting centre.

The time-scale of Vladimir Putin's live interview is not limited and depends only on the abilities of the Head of State.

"Absolute leaders" are social issues, namely salary levels and payouts, pensions and high utility tariffs. The majority of callers are retired people, the same as last year.
