Federation Council to approve 2003 budget today
Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin, Audit Chamber Chairman Sergey Stepashin and Federation Council Budget Committee Chairman Yevgeny Bushmanov are to introduce the 2003 budget draft in the upper house of the Russian parliament today.
The agenda of the 100th session of the Federation Council also includes the consideration of amendments to the Tax Code, the 2002 budget, the law on entering and leaving the Russian Federation and some other bills.
