Gazprom removes limitations on Itera's gas supplies

Russia's gas giant Gazprom has removed all limitations on Itera's transportation of natural gas from the central Asia to the CIS countries. The limitations were removed yesterday evening, Gazprom's press service reported.

This decision was passed after Itera had repaid its current debts for Gazprom's transporting services to the CIS for October 2002.

According to earlier reports, Gazprom introduced limitations for Itera's supplies of natural gas to Ukraine by 50 percent on November 25 and these limitations were revised to 65 percent on November 29.
