Putin's Aide denies statements on forced return of refugees to Chechnya

Russian President's Aide Sergei Yastrzhembsky denied the statements on the forced resettlement of Chechen refugees from Ingushetia. All the forced migrants will return to Chechnya "as soon as all the necessary conditions are created for them", Yastrzhembsky told a press conference in Moscow.

According to him, the creation of these conditions is in progress - budgetary means have been allocated and dwelling facilities are being prepared to lodge the refugees.

The aide to the Russian President believes that there are "attempts to politicize the problem" of the return of Chechen refugees from Ingushetia and "to make it seem that it is solved by inhuman means".
