State Duma demands compensations for victims of Tu-154 crash from Kasyanov

The State Duma of Russia made an inquiry to Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanovdemanding to pay compensations to families of the victims of a Tu-154crash, when the aircraft had been hit by a Ukrainian missile over the BlackSea on October 4, 2001. It is worth mentioning that the catastrophe claimedlives of 26 Russian citizens and 12 crew members.
