State-owned airport company Pulkovo has asked for 190 million rubles ($6million) to prepare the airport for St. Petersburg's 300th anniversary nextyear. The airport is ready to receive the heads of state who will attend aGroup of 8 meeting timed to coincide with the anniversary. It intends tocreate two news zones for official delegations at Pulkovo-1 and to upgradebusiness zones at Pulkovo-2 for their visit.
