Russian presidential envoy to negotiate military transit via Lithuania

Dmitry Rogozin, Russian special presidential envoy on problems of theKaliningrad region prior to the EU expansion, who is paying a working visitto the Kaliningrad region now, will meet with Vladimir Yegorov, head of theKaliningrad administration, today.
