Customs committee reports Russia's foreign trade turnover

Russia's foreign trade turnover amounted to $67.2bn in the first half of2002 versus the corresponding period last year, thus dropping 3.7 percent,the State Customs Committee reported. In particular, exports from Russiatotaled $46.7bn, or 7 percent less than in the first six months of 2001,and imports were at $20.5bn, or 5 percent more.
