Cyclonic shower moving towards Primorye from Yellow Sea

A gale warning has been made in Vladivostok Monday in view of a cyclonic shower moving from the Yellow Sea towards Primorye. At present, a heavy shower is falling on the city. According to the press centre of the local administration, all the municipal rescue services have been placed on the alert and are working on the round-the-clock schedule.

The administration of Vladivostok advises that local residents should not drive cars Monday without any urgent necessity.

According to weather people, on Monday afternoon the rainfall will grow stronger, increasing the precipitation level up to 49 mm.

The heavy shower and the wind are raging in southern Primorye where a weekly norm of precipitation fell overnight.

In this connection, weather people forecast an increase in the water level of rivers with their subsequent flooding.
