The Economic Development and Trade Ministry will submit proposals on raising the fees for services provided by natural monopolies, Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister Alexander Sharonov told reporters. According to him, the ministry's proposals on the fees for next year have not changed. Sharonov pointed out that the price of natural gas was to increase by not more than 20% next year, and the corresponding figures for electrical power and rail transport were 14% and 12% respectively. As it was reported earlier, the government planned to discuss the budgets of the natural monopolies and the fees for their services on December 11 of this year.
