Eighteen people injured in dormitory blast in Moscow

A powerful blast ripped through a dormitory in Moscow, the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported. 18 people are injured, including two children. Experts believe that a gas leak caused the blast. A criminal proceeding was initiated to investigate what had caused the blast.
