Police identify people responsible for North Caucasus blast

The criminals responsible for yesterday's blast in the center of Vladikavkaz, in southern Russia, have been identified, sources in the North Ossetian Interior Ministry reported. According to earlier reports, the blast killed 2 and injured 11 people. The investigative task force that was established shortly after the blast has identified the driver of a car carrying the bomb as well as individuals who prepared the terrorist act.

North Ossetian Healthcare Minister Alexander Soplevenko refuted a report on the death of a police cadet who was gravely hit by a blast in the center of Vladikavkaz yesterday. According to the official, the cadet underwent an operation and is now in a coma, which takes the death toll down to one man.
