Rescuers in St.Petersburg have taken down from the Lieutenant Schmidt Bridge a night dip lover.
Early on Saturday the St.Petersburg Crisis Centre received information that two people were swimming in the Neva River near the Lieutenant Schmidt Bridge, RIA Novosti learned at the press service of the city's Main Civil Defence and Emergency Department.
The rescue team of the department's rescue service arrived to the spot and found a man on a pillar of the bridge. They took him down and handed to the police.
Is search of the other swimmer the team passed the Neva on a cutter from the bridge to the Baltic plant but to no avail, the press service reported.
