The recent bombardment of Baghdad by the U.S and British aircraft claimed lives of 18 people. More than a hundred people were injured, Iraqi Information Minister Muhammad Said Kazim al-Sahhaf said at a Tuesday press conference.
The Minister added that a U.S. aircraft had shelled a bus with volunteers from different countries including the USA. Casualties were reported. The volunteers came to Iraq to become a "live shield."
