Two Local Inhabitants In Grozny Hit A Tension Wire

Two local inhabitants hit a tension wire in the Staropromyslovsky district of the Chechen capital of Grozny. This was reported on Tuesday by officers of the Interior Ministry's provisional department of the Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny. The militants placed a tension wire near the militia check point. The modification of the explosive device has not been established. After the device blasted a militia unit arrived at the place of the accident.
