Paratrooper Mikhail Shuitsev killed in Kosovo to be buried with all military honours

The paratrooper, Sergeant Mikhail Shuitsev, who was killed in Kosovo on April 11, will be buried with due military honours at the place of his birth, in the village of Maliye Tatarkasy, Morgunsk district of the Chuvash republic. This information was given by Lieutenant-General Nikolai Staskov, commander of Russian Air-born Forces. He said that the body of the 22-year-old paratrooper, who was killed in an armed clash with Albanian militants, will be brought from Kosovo to Chkalovski military air-field near Moscow on April 15, then it will be transported to one of the air-fields in the Chuvash republic, probably near Yoshkar-Ola. From there the body of the peacekeeper will be transported to the village of Maliye Tatarkasy. The body of the dead paratrooper will be accompanied by officers and soldiers from the Russian military unit in Kosovo and from General Headquarters of Russian Air-born Forces. Nikolai Staskov said that Mikhail Shuitsev would be recommended for a military decoration (posthumously) for courage and heroism.
