Chechen Administration Head Calls For Spotting And Detaining Militants In Chechnya More Actively

Akhmad Kadyrov, head of Chechnya's administration, has come out for more active operations spotting and detaining militants in the republic. Kadyrov said that special operations should be continued. In his words, most bandits have dissolved among peaceful civilians. Talking to journalists before the State Council's session, the head of the Chechen administration expressed confidence that the situation in the republic would change for the better by the spring.
