An Israeli telephone company has decided to offer all Israeli citizens the opportunity to make free phone calls to the United States from 7 to 8 o'clock am on March 21-23 in order to let relatives and friends know that everything is all right in Israel. The company director said 'we feel it is important to help Israelis to keep in touch with their loved ones.' The company chose an hour in the morning as this is the most convenient time for both Israelis and Americans.
