Chechen terrorists from Gelayev ring in Georgia readying to enter Ingushetia

Forty Chechen terrorists from Gelayev's gang found in Georgia are going to enter Ingushetia (Russia's constituent republic in the North Caucasus). The Gelayev men are getting ready to help the bulk of the Gelayev ring move from Chechnya to Georgia for the winter, some media reported on Tuesday.

Georgia's border-guard service refuses to confirm the reports because it has no such information, the RIA Novosti correspondent quotes Shalva Londaridze, public relations officer of the Georgian State Department for Border Protection, as saying.

Such information has not arrived from Russian border guards or the OSCE observers who monitor the Georgian-Russian border, said Londaridze.
