Akhmed Zavgayev, head of administration of the Nadterechny district of Chechnya (North Caucasian republic within the Russian Federation), was murdered by Ali Paizullayev's gang. This statement was made by Colonel Ilya Shabalkin, representative of the regional operation headquarters.
According to him, Paizullayev's gang is engaged in illegal oil business in this region.
Shabalkin did not rule out that the murder of the Nadterechny district head was caused by his open struggle against illegal oil business. Zavgayev did not want to reconcile with oil thieves in Nadterechny district, the representative of the regional operation headquarters noted.
Having fired the official car with Zavgayev and his secretary, criminals shot them dead in the head. A case with documents was stolen from the car.
Shabalkin reported that aviation was involved in searching for criminals.
The bodies of two Russian women were found in Turkey's Bodrum. The killer tied the bodies and wrapper them in sheets before getting rid of them
