The Islamic State fighters captured territory near the Turkish border, where Ankara and Washington planned to create a buffer zone, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
The lands, which are now partly controlled by terrorists are situated on the border with Syria.
The fighters have captured 5 villages near the Kurdish camps, and nearly encircled the town of Marea, which is only 20 km of the Turkish border.
Pravda.Ru reported that the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and the American representatives decided to deploy Air Forces on the border of Turkey and Syria and create a buffer zone there to press the fighters.
However, stiff battles are being held there now.
