Boston Beer Company recalls Samuel Adams beer
The Boston Beer Company (NYSE: SAM) has recalled select bottles of Samuel Adams beer.
Safety inspections at the company’s Cincinnati brewery revealed some defects of the bottles that may lead to pieces breaking off and falling into the bottle.
The company is highly concerned about these bits of glass as they may pose a health risk.
The number of defected bottles is only 1 percent of the total number of bottles supplied from the plant.
