Russian Mufti Daughter Luckily Escaped Explosion

The act of terrorism near Moscow's International Hotel claimed lives of 6 people and wounded 14
Daughter of the chairman of Russia's Mufti Council Ravil Gainutdinov nearly fell victim as a result of the act of terrorism in Moscow, Russia's news agency RIA Novosti reports.

When the explosion sounded near the National Hotel yearly yesterday, the girl was on her way to the Institute of Asian and African Studies situated close to the hotel. The mufti says that his daughter was so much shocked with the accident that she had to miss her studies at the institute and got back home.

The act of terrorism occurred near the International Hotel in the center of Moscow yesterday morning. At about 11 a.m., two female suicide bombers came up to the hotel building and one woman detonated her belt bomb. The FSB reports that the capacity of the bomb was equivalent to 500 g TNT. Accordimng to the recent information, 6 people tragically died as a result of the terrorist act and 14 were wounded. The RF Prosecutor's Office has instituted criminal proceedings on the act of terrorism.
