All real estate of Russian citizens will be registered and taxes charged for its ownership

By 2007 all apartments, houses, garages and other real estates of Russian citizens will have been registered.
Russian Ministry of Economic Development developed the relevant bill and is going to submit it to the government shortly, Interfax reported.

The census of all real estate objects will be conducted on the basis of registering lots of land (the register of land is about to be completed in Russia).  Every object will be estimated by the three criteria: physical, legal and economic.

Mr. Mishustin said that cadastre calculation will be done by the private companies united in self-regulated organizations and controlled by federal authorities.
