Colin Powell to visit Russia after Georgia
US Secretary of State Colin Powell will arrive in Russia next week on official visit. As Rosbalt was informed by the Russian president's press office Vladimir Putin will meet Mr Powell in the Kremlin. They are expected to discuss the problem of Iraq, the issue of Russian participation in Iranian projects and preparation for the next G-8 summit.
Before he arrives in Russia Mr Powell is planning to visit Georgia to take part at the inauguration ceremony of new Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili on January 25.
