Central Bank does nothing to hamper dollar's fall

So far, the Russian Central Bank has been refraining from purchasing dollars and, thus, letting the dollar rate tumble further against the ruble, commercial bank experts pointed out in an interview with RBC. Analysts believe the Central Bank could have easily prevented this substantial strengthening of the ruble, as the activity of dollar sellers has not been high this morning. Yet, the Bank's current indifference towards the dollar may cause a new sag in the dollar rate tomorrow, experts reckon.
